Finally along wait of public for having constitution is over after the official release of new constitution 2072 through the constituion assembly.

Though, this constituion is not able to fully respond the feelings of forest dependent people raised by civil societies working on natural resources sector. But other factors like environmental justice, food soverignty, benefit sharing coming from natural resources has been included and hopefully we belive in implementation of these issues at grass level.

On, behalf of Green Foundation Nepal, we are very much delighted to express our gratitude to everyone who directly or indirectly involved in making Ashoj, 3 2072 a historical day by releasing the constituion among the public.
