Different stakeholders agreed with the point that for the sustainable forest management there is high necessity of forest certification. The most important factors like forest governance and transparency will be improved if Nepal could adopt forest certification. Community forest users have shown their willingness regarding forest certification but stakeholders commented that governmental sectors are not taking any effort to establish forest certification system in Nepal. Though, Nepal has already initiated forest certification from 2003 but the process is running very slowly due to its high cost and not having national systems on it. Thus, dialogue was wrapped up by initiating the process of forming national committee which will include all the stakeholders from, governmental, non-governmental, private and academic institutions.
